Windsor International Toy Fair (Slough)

We arrived at the fair to find the venue very poorly lit due to an electrical fault of some kind. It was time to get our cat’s eyes out to spot the items that we were looking for. It wasn’t long before we spotted a stunning Corgi truck for sale, complete with wing mirrors and aerials in a small bag to attach later. We didn’t dive in straight away and decided to check out all of the stalls. After a good search around we returned to the truck, and after a gallant attempt at haggling the price down, we decided to go for it. Job done, money spent.
Also at the fair we spotted Sir Donald Campbell Blue Bird collectables, Hornby, Dinky, even Enid Blyton memorabilia. Purchased a chicken mayo salad sandwich for lunch and a nice cooling drink as today the sun is actually shining!
