Farnham and District Model Railway Exhibition

With twenty railway layouts, and over twenty five stalls selling all kinds of railway ephemera, there was something for all tastes at the Farnham and District Model Railway Exhibition.

One such stall sold various railway badges, and of course there was one particular badge that caught my eye. It is a replica of a beautiful badge from the Great Western Railway that was produced to mark the construction of the railway line between London and Bristol in 1835, and depicts the coat of arms of the two great cities.I also purchased some oil to service one of my own engines which is a bit stiff when running.Click the picture to see more in the photo gallery.http://farnhammrc.org.uk
